How the Program Actually Works
We've designed this around people who have actual jobs and can't spend all day in a classroom. The format is built for working professionals in Tainan and across Taiwan who need flexible scheduling.
Most participants attend evening sessions twice a week, plus weekend workshops once a month. You'll work with real financial data from Taiwan businesses – anonymized, of course – and learn techniques that apply immediately.
Foundation Phase (Months 1-2)
Basic consolidation principles, spreadsheet techniques, and common pitfalls in Taiwan's business environment. We start with simple scenarios before adding complexity.
Application Phase (Months 3-5)
Real case studies from manufacturing, retail, and service businesses. You'll handle multi-department budgets and learn reconciliation methods that actually work under pressure.
Advanced Practice (Months 6-8)
Complex consolidations involving multiple entities, variance analysis, and presentation skills for stakeholders. Final project uses a comprehensive business scenario.

What Changed for Past Participants
Two people who completed the program in 2024 shared their experience. Results vary based on individual circumstances and effort invested.

Rosalind Khatri
Finance Manager, Manufacturing
Before Program
Spending three days each month manually consolidating budgets across five departments. Errors were frequent, and the reconciliation process felt overwhelming.
Month 4 Turning Point
Learned a systematic approach to variance tracking that immediately reduced errors. Started implementing new templates that saved about six hours per cycle.
Current Situation
Consolidation now takes one day instead of three. More time for analysis and strategic planning. The confidence boost from understanding the full process has been significant.

Delphine Bjornstad
Small Business Owner, Retail
Starting Challenge
Running three retail locations but had no real budget visibility across stores. Making decisions based on gut feeling rather than consolidated financial data.
Mid-Program Shift
Built a working consolidation system during the practical workshops. Started seeing patterns in expenses that were previously invisible across separate location budgets.
Today's Practice
Weekly consolidated reports help identify issues early. Made resource allocation decisions that have improved cash flow management across all three locations.
Common Questions About the Program
Most people ask similar things before enrolling. Here's what you should know about timing, prerequisites, costs, and support.
Program Basics
What's the actual time commitment?
Two evening sessions weekly (7-9pm) plus one Saturday workshop monthly. Expect 3-4 hours of practice work each week. Total roughly 8 hours weekly during active months.
Do I need advanced Excel skills?
Basic spreadsheet comfort is enough. If you can create formulas and format cells, you're ready. We teach the advanced functions you'll need during the program.
Is this only for accountants?
Not at all. Business owners, operations managers, and anyone handling departmental budgets have found it valuable. We teach from practical needs, not accounting theory.
Enrollment Details
When can I start?
Next cohort begins October 14, 2025. We run two cohorts per year – fall and spring. Limited to 18 participants per cohort for quality instruction.
What's the investment?
Full program is NT,000, payable in two installments. Includes all materials, software access, and three months of post-program support. Early registration by September 15 saves NT,500.
Can I withdraw if circumstances change?
Full refund before program start. Within first month, 70% refund. After that, no refunds, but you can transfer to a future cohort within one year.
Technical Requirements
What software will I need?
Microsoft Excel (2016 or newer) is essential. We provide temporary licenses to specialized consolidation software for practice. Most tools taught work with standard office software.
Do sessions happen in person or online?
Hybrid format. In-person sessions at our Tainan office with live-stream option for remote participants. Monthly workshops are in-person only – hands-on practice works better face-to-face.
Will recordings be available?
All evening sessions recorded and available for 90 days. Workshop sessions not recorded, but materials and examples provided afterward for reference.
Support and Resources
What happens after completion?
Three months of email support for questions that come up during implementation. Access to our resource library stays active for one year. Alumni network for ongoing peer connection.
How much instructor interaction is there?
Direct instruction during sessions, plus office hours twice monthly for individual questions. Small cohort size means personal attention to your specific consolidation challenges.
Can I bring my own business scenarios?
Absolutely encouraged. Final project can focus on your actual business situation. We'll help you apply techniques to your real-world consolidation needs throughout the program.
